2. Refund Policy

  • No Refunds Once Service Is Initiated:
    Refunds will not be processed once the service has been started, such as domain registration, hosting setup, or appointment booking.

  • Request Before Processing:
    If a request for cancellation is received before service processing has started, and within 24 hours of payment, a partial or full refund may be considered.

  • Failed Transactions or Double Payments:
    In the event of a failed transaction or duplicate payment, a full refund will be issued after verification, typically within 5–7 working days.

  • Technical Errors:
    If a payment is debited but not received by us due to a technical issue, please notify us immediately with your transaction reference number. We will coordinate with the payment gateway (PayU Money) to resolve it.

3. Cancellation Policy

    • Name

    • Order/Transaction ID

    • Reason for cancellation

  • Cancellation requests are only accepted within 24 hours of placing the order and before service delivery begins.

  • No cancellations are accepted for:

    • Services already delivered or under process.

    • Domains or hosting purchased on your behalf.

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank/payment provider, but typically take 5 to 7 working days.
